Your bail agent should be available ALWAYS or make sure that there is someone who can handle any questions or issues you have at ALL times.
They will charge 10% of the total bail amount. i.e. - $25,000 bail x 10% = $2500 fee. Also, you may be required to collateralize the bail amount as a guarantee that the defendant will show up to the court date and not skip town.
